Good Samaritan Matriculation School at Mayiladuthurai is a Christian institution under the management of the Good Samaritan Educational Trust. Mater Santhosh V.S of VI std and Miss Harini Chandran R. of IV std have secured 3^rd and 5^th positions respectively in National Level Yoga Competition held in Kongu Engineering College, Erode.

Miss Prasannika.S. Of VIII std and Miss Subiksha of IV std took active participation in Badminton contest District level. Prasannika S has bagged CM trophy and has entered Badminton Doubles State Level.

Master Aravinth A of VIII bagged the first prize in District Level Athletic Competition was held in Nagapattinam.

Miss K.Sruthi of VII std has got first prize in District Level Story Writing in Kalaiaruvi Competition.
